We spoke to a representative at Magnolia Pictures today, which has the distribution rights to Bel Ami in the United States. They confirmed a few things for us:
1. They do not have a release plan yet for how far and wide the theatrical release will be.
2. They do not have Canadian distribution rights to Bel Ami, but are assuming that somebody will pick those up.
3. Bel Ami is definitely going VOD first on May 4th, before the June 8th theatrical release.
Stay tuned for updates as we get them on the exciting U.S. release of Bel Ami.
